The Cherry Tree Hospitality Group is comprised of 3 restaurants ~

As a company, we can accommodate a wide variety of tastes and event types for large & small groups. We will be happy to provide our Banquet Facilities on the 2nd story of the Washington Street Ale House to accommodate your event.

RESERVATIONS ~

In order to reserve space, we ask that your party be a minimum of 20 guests. There is a Room Charge. The Room Charge will vary, based on the type of event, time of day and day of the week. Additionally, there is a Service Charge which is 20% of the final bill. A contract will be drawn up for your event. To reserve your event date, a signed contract must be received along with a $200 non-refundable deposit.

DIRECTIONS ~

The banquet room is located on the corner of 12th & Washington Streets in Wilmington, DE 19801; it is above the Washington Street Ale House restaurant. Guests enter the banquet room through the restaurant. A host will direct guests to the 2nd floor facilities. The banquet facilities are handicap accessible.
  • From MD and points south. I-95 N; exit 7 - DELAWARE AVE. Turn RIGHT onto DELAWARE AVE/DE-52 S. Stay to the LEFT LEFT onto W 11TH ST/DE-52 S. Turn LEFT onto N. WASHINGTON ST.
  • From PA and points north. I-95 S; exit 7A - DELAWARE AVE. Turn LEFT onto DELAWARE AVE/DE-52 S. Stay to the LEFT onto W 11TH ST/DE-52 S. Turn LEFT onto N. WASHINGTON ST.
PARKING ~
  • Off street parking is available at the restaurants
    (on Torbert St., between Mikimotos & the Washington Street Ale House)
  • Metered parking is available on Washington Street.
  • 24 hr parking garage at the City Center Garage - 1 block away.
    The entrance is between West & Tatnall Streets off of 11th St.
  • After 5pm, parking is available on the corner of 13th & Washington Streets (in the Colonial Lot).
